Apparently as a reply to our site Greece decided to open its own. Main purpose seems to be the celebration of Greek heritage in Macedonia as well as denial of the Macedonian one making its title somewhat ridiculous. We will however feature articles from this site that we feel bring new information about the history and culture of Macedonia. Following are several that meet that criteria.

DILEMMAS AND ORIENTATIONS OF GREEK POLICY IN MACEDONIA: 1878-1886
by Evangelos Kofos
One of the chief architects, and certainly the most influental, of Greece's policies over Macedonia in the past several decades. All foreign research on Macedonia must be approved by him personally. Once the reader carefully selects out propaganda important information appears on the Greek presence, or absence, in Macedonia.

Autonomist Movements of the Slavophones in 1944: The Attitude of the Communist Party of Greece and the Protection of the Greek-Yugoslav Border
by Spyridon Sfetas
Another ``jewel" of modern Greek historical science. Notice how the author decribes the suppression and subsequent jailing and execution of Macedonian leadership and fighters immediately after World War II by theYugoslav authorities because of plans for secesion from Yugoslavia and unification of Macedonia. His next paragraph turns comical with explanation that afterwards the Yugoslavs tried to ``macedonize" the population.
